OCEAN EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP 2023
The beach is three kilometres in length and 350 metres wide at low tide. Blankenberge has a popular sandy beach with a genuine pier. It is a unique structure consisting of a lengthy jetty that stretches out into the sea. Blankenberge is a marvellous spa-town where you can really enjoy the terraces at the bars and restaurants. For the Ocean European Lifesaving Championship 2023 we will be near the iconic O'Neill surf club where you will find the beach flag zone near the pier. To the right of the surf club, the beach sprint and run will take place. Two water areas will be used for the different ocean events.

Swimming pool OLYMPIA LAGO BRUGGE
Adress: Sport swimming pool with Olympic dimensions, equipped with a professional, electronic system for measuring the time of swimmers. The OLYMPIA LAGO POOL is a great place to organize sports events of national and international rank with the following conditions:

General information: A VIP room, a room for briefings and meetings, a restaurant, separate rooms for the SERC, a doping control room and a large free parking.
The pool
General information: 50 m – pool length, 10 lanes of 2,50 m, starting blocks on both sides, depth of the pool 2,00m, 500 seats for spectators in the stand, the changing rooms are on the -1 floor, the first aid room is on the side of the swimming pool, the pool will be available to competitors for warm-up purposes, electronic time measurement, information board with the results – place, lane and time for the 10 lanes and there will be livestreaming.
